||Tl-the contact owns a 2006 mercedes cls500. the contact stated while parked, the front passenger's side seat headrest inadvertently deployed without any impact to the vehicle. the front passengers side occupant sustained severe head and neck injuries, and suffered from constant headaches. the injuries from the head rest required medical attention. the vehicle was equipped with a head restraint deployment mechanism. the vehicle was taken to the dealer for diagnosis. the vehicle was not repaired. the manufacturer was not notified of the issue. the approximate failure mileage was 96,000. js

||When fuel tank is filled completely there is an extremely strong odor of gasoline inside and outside car. fuel pump has been replaced and the fuel tank seals have been replaced multiple times with no improvement. gas cap warning light now comes on intermittently and check engine light remains on. have been advised to replace fuel tank now.
